Thanks to a friend of Rotary for two limited edition prints, each 18 x 24 inches, by two indigenous artists. The first is from Ben Houstie and is titled "Sun" 1992 (#64 of 222). Heiltsuk artist Ben Houstie's work includes original painting, limited edition prints, carved rattles and paddles. Ben's work is the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Ottawa and the Museum of Anthropology at the University of BC. The second print is from Richard Shorty, a versatile, self-taught artist whose unique style combines elements of traditional and contemporary design.
